We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. If you need to make any corrections to the information we have on file, you can contact us via email or phone. Protecting your order information is top priority for us. We use industry-standard encryption to secure your information.
Please note: When shipping is selected, GALA USA determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx.
PETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order! If you’d like to return your order simply email or call us for a full refund, less the cost incurred when shipping your order to you. Unfortunately, Gala USA is unable to offer exchanges at this time. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, in original packaging. Please allow 10 business days for inspection and processing your return.
To return an order: * Include a copy of your proof of purchase. * Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Gala USA is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
